Research on COVID-19 and Urban Development Strategy/City structure

Wuhan Urban Planning Bureau (China) has organized research- Urban strategy and abilities in urgent situation/COVID-19. Since Coronavirus has been under the control in China in two months’ time after it broke out, City Wuhan is now carrying out a research on how city structure and its’ infrastructure react in such a situation, what’s the influence of our city patterns/urban density on spreading disease, how we can plan better in the future…. Examples of different countries on strategy and policy for against COVID-19 are collected for comparison. East & West Urban Consultancy is asked to work on the case of the Netherlands.

The research should be finalized in June 2020 and submitted to the National organization in China.
